Better Together: Texas Heritage Bank Has Officially Joined Liberty Capital Bank

As announced in Fall 2024, Texas Heritage Bank has merged with Liberty Capital Bank. Over the past several months, our teams have worked closely to identify ways to strengthen our service, upgrade our technology, expand customer resources, and reinforce our commitment to community banking.

We’re excited about what’s ahead — and we believe, now more than ever, that we’re Better Together.

What This Means for You

Our official systems upgrade date is November 8, 2025. From that point forward, you’ll begin to see the Liberty Capital Bank name in more places. While our name is changing, many of the things you rely on are staying exactly the same:

  • The same friendly faces you know and trust — including Steve Mack, who will remain actively involved as Regional President and serve on Liberty Capital Bank’s Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors
  • Upgraded technology and digital tools, including features like Zelle and enhanced wire transfer options
  • More lending capital to help support your personal and business goals
  • An expanded team and deeper resources, with an even greater commitment to local service and decision-making

What Happens Next
While the Texas Heritage Bank name will be sunsetting, our service model and personalized approach will remain unchanged. You’ll continue working with the same people at your local branch, and you’ll still have access to support by phone, email or in person.

Need Help?
Our team is here to make this transition as smooth as possible. We don’t anticipate any disruption to your banking experience. However, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact your personal banker or visit your local branch for updates.

Thank you for being part of the Texas Heritage Bank family. We’re honored to continue serving you under the Liberty Capital Bank name because together, we’re Better Together.
